REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be granted if there is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the services and we are unable to resolve it within seven working days, or in the case of duplicate payments made in error.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, partial subscription periods, or unused time on the service. Subscriptions that are not cancelled before the renewal date will be charged automatically and are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@TheVanquish.Group within 14 days of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
